SprATX, a creative collective that has been uniting the Austin community with dynamically skillful artists since 2013. They recently moved to a new home off Cesar Chavez, sharing a wall with the Blue Owl Brewery. Their re-grand opening party was open to the public and the party went down with a line that wrapped around the block. The RSVP list
was over 500 strong. Last Saturday the SprATX family braved the cold (50 degrees is practically freezing in Central Texas, okay!) to check out the new space.
Just on the other side of the main gallery several artists displayed their creations for a silent action. The range of mediums, materials, and styles showcased the SprATX diversity.
KCCO beer (the CHIVE), Red Bull, as well as the locals, Cat Tequila and BeatBox Beverages, kept the thirsty crowd happy. Free drink tickets never hurt either. What goes good with free drinks? Music! Thanks DJ Chino Casino
Mindzai was also on site whipping out fresh screen print tee's for the crowd. Ooh ya, check out that gooey goodness.
